Who am I - (and why I give a dam)

Hey, I’m Josh — a health and fitness coach who’s not here to sell you another quick-fix diet or scream motivational quotes at you while you’re hanging on by a thread.

I help everyday women (mostly over 30) who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck in their bodies, and frustrated that no matter what they try, the fat just won’t shift — and energy feels like a distant memory.

But it wasn’t always this way.

I got into this work because I’ve lived it too. I know what it’s like to feel completely disconnected from your body — tired all the time, wired but worn out, and questioning why nothing seems to work anymore.

I went through my own battles with burnout, anxiety, and chasing perfection… and it nearly broke me.

What changed everything was learning how to regulate my nervous system, fuel my body properly, and finally stop punishing myself into “health.”

That’s when everything shifted — my energy came back, my sleep improved, my confidence returned, and I actually started

enjoying life again. And now, I teach others how to do the same.

This isn’t just a job for me — it’s personal.

Because I’ve seen what happens when women stop treating their bodies like a problem to fix… and start giving them the support, nourishment, and regulation they actually need. It’s powerful. And life-changing.

To help women over 30 lose fat, feel calm, and get their spark back — without burnout, overwhelm, or cutting out everything they love.

I’m here to make health feel less like a punishment and more like something that actually
fits into real life — messy schedules, tired mornings, emotional days and all.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about progress, self-respect, nervous system regulation, and learning how to work with your body instead of constantly fighting against it.

And if we can laugh along the way, even better.
